Crow King's remarkable achievements at the Battle of Little
Big Horn are legendary. He and his large gray horse rode into the pages of
history as they loyally led repeated direct cavalry charges against Custer's
lines emerging unscathed. His "trophies" are his 1861 light cavalry
sabre, 1870 Springfield carbine, and an officer's coat of the U.S. Seventh
Cavalry.
